Hi, There! My name is Bonnie Laferriere and I am the owner of Connections by O’Brien Travel, LLC. I am honored to have been chosen to facilitate Leo and Joey’s Destination Wedding at the Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa/Hideaways at Royalton Riviera in the Riviera Maya, Mexico. 

 

Welcome to the Destination Wedding Travel website.   The purpose of the website is to provide you with information that will allow you to make an educated decision in selecting your travel to the wedding.  Here are a few key points:

THIS IS A PRIVATE SPECIAL EVENT- Group Booking Requirements apply.  

​

Group Room Block:  A Group Room Block has been secured for guests. The block contains rooms accommodations and includes round-trip ground transfers between the airport and the resort, all meals, unlimited beverages including alcoholic beverages and non-motorized water sports activities and the Wedding Event.

How to Book:  Please select the room of your choice and determine the dates for your travel.  Complete and submit your booking request and payment authorization form. I will return a courtesy quote for your review and approval prior to processing your deposit.

 

Travel Protection Plan: Travel Insurance may be added at an additional cost of $60.99 to $90.99 per person for land only packages (depending on number of nights stay.)  If you book air & land arrangements, then the additional cost is $80.99 per person to $130.99 per person depending on number of nights stay.)  See Travel Insurance tab for details.  Highly recommend purchasing the Plan as it protects your hard-earned travel dollars.

 

Deposit Cost: $50 per person, plus the optional Travel Protection Plan.

 

Deposit Deadline:  June 30, 2018

 

Final Payment Due No Later Than August 02, 2018.  Please see details in Terms and Conditions Sale.

Airline Tickets-Two ways that your airline tickets can be arrange:

Choice One: Send me an email or call me with your departure city and I will book the flights for you.

Choice Two: You may book and purchase your airline tickets on your own.  If you chose to book your flights on your own, I will need the confirmation number and the flight details for the ground transfers. Please note, that I am unable to assist you, should any flight delays and/or cancellations arise as I do not have access to the booking.

Once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable and carries a minimum 200.00USD change fee plus any fare differential between the original ticket cost and the new ticket cost with most airlines (Delta, United, American Airlines.)   Airline reservations require to be purchased within 24 hours after making the booking.  The Travel Protection Plan will cover the flights if you choose to book your flights in conjunction with your land arrangements. The flights can be added in at a later date.  However, airfares are never guaranteed until purchased.
